TSUBO HOUSE

Once you enter the house, a journey was created. It greets you with this amazing, voided space, which is further down, and the natural light is coming through the top, the internal garden is in front of you but not overwhelmingly.

Upon entrance into the living area, one gets to experience this amazing vista of the rear yard. The use the expansive glass and large format sliding doors allows one to open the internal living area to the outside, creating a seamless transition of internal to external.

The nature effectively is fused from the outside with the inside of the house, whether it be the sound of the pool, the birds singing or beautiful natural ventilation.

Throughout the day the dwelling is lit beautifully with natural light, and in the evening, using feature lighting, we have created opulent and cosy spaces.

To create this sort of seamless fusion of nature and the internals of this house. How can we get the natural light, the shadows, the sightlines to all work together with the function of the house? To give rise to a real present experience not just in function but also in aesthetics.

The idea of creating an environment to match a lifestyle goal without boundaries or constraints.

At Condor Street Hawthorne, Zeno Entity established a design incorporating an “outdoorsy vibe” by converting the transition of spaces with structure.

Balancing the proportion of indoor and outdoor space doesn’t stop at adding outdoor multi-functional spaces – the connection between the two is just as important.

Visual connection is a major factor to creating a well-balanced indoor-outdoor relationship; the outdoor environment is framed by the indoor space via windows or glass partitions. This helps to enhance the ambiance of the indoor space. Orientation and alignment of the openings play an important role in this relationship too.

When creating dream kitchens, there are two main factors that feature highly in luxury homes. They must have a generous island bench sculptured to showcase the kitchen and large sliding doors that connect the kitchen space with the family-friendly outdoor and pool side area.

Minimalist cabinetry design, dressed in Japan Black timber veneer, raw neutral colour stone slab propped on an island bench top creates a kitchen with a subtle elegance that never go out of style.

A pop of colour –whether it’s a bowl of fresh fruit or vase of flowers. The addition of bold furniture ensures that the contemporary kitchen design feels warm and welcoming.

WALK IN ROBE BOUTIQUES

There has been an evolution in walk in robes in the past decade. Traditionally regarded as a functional and practical space to store belongings has now been reimagined into a luxurious display of carefully curated possessions designed to showcase your individual taste and style.

Whether it's a collection of beautiful handbags, watches or cufflinks, a walk-in robe should be spacious, celebrated and reminiscent of experiences that tie you to those possessions.

A practical robe should showcase beauty of finishes and experience of shopping regardless of budget.

Custom one-off consequential designs, unique to every house.

An opportunistic approach to the treatment of residual space can allow for interesting functional spaces otherwise taken for granted.  This under-the-staircase cellar designed for a luxury family home in Hawthorne forms part of the journey from the front of the house to the rear, using light sensors to detect movement, providing so much more than an ordinary space to pass through.

A harmonious union of various design aesthetics gives birth to engrossing interior spaces.

Classic designs are traditional and timeless once a modern touch is implemented in the design vocabulary.

The client had a special request to have a home with a classical feel, not a replication but a classic and modern translation of Europe in Australian lifestyle.

The key to classic interiors is the correct order of textures and colors framed in a space with architectural detailing which presents a calm and soothing space.

This is one of the great master pieces of construction and soft furnishings by Providence Properties.
